I met Roxy in Jr high, but we didn't become good friends until High school. She was one of the most loyal loving people I have ever meet. Roxy went to college for journalism but worked for the Tax Dept and had many adventures with some of her clients. Roxy was also very close to her family as well as the church. She used her journalism skills by creating the church news every week. Her way to reaching out to people in need was truly impressive. If Roxy was your friend you were a lucky person.
